Biogas plants assembled with porcelain enamel plates
The tank body of the anaerobic biogas digester is made up of advanced prefab enameled plates, assembled with bolts on the spot in a fast and low energy consuming way, which realizes the purpose of rationalizing the configuration of the main biogas equipments, maximizing its excellent performance, finishing it shortly, and maintaining it conveniently. The tank body can be taken apart into pieces for long-distance transportation. The anaerobic biogas digester assembled with enameled plates is developed by our company by taking many types of anaerobic biogas digesters’ advantages both home and abroad into account, and has been put into operation in more than 10 big biogas projects in China with great beneficial results rising.

The direction for CSTR(continual stir tank reactor) technology: a churn-dasher is installed inside such kind of reactor to intermingle fermenting materials with microorganism. Compared with traditional reactors, bioactive sites are distributed in the whole reactor, so its efficiency has been obviously improved. It adopts a way of adding material continuously or at interval under permanent temperature, fitting for processing suspended solid material of high concentration. For example, wastewater treatment plant usually adopts such technology to process aerobic active sludge during anaerobic process. CSTR reactor assembled with porcelain enamel plates is composed of enameled tanks, churn-dashers, feed inlet and out devices and high (low)pressure prorection devices. Usually, there are three kinds of churn-dashers: mechanical one, hydraulic one and aerodynamic one. Sometimes, have two of them combined. Chongqing Wangliyuan Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. has had technology related to the inlet and outlet system of CSTR improved against the shortcomings of traditional CSTR, and delved into its function with the result that its efficiency is increased with more fermenting material decomposed, running cost reduced and equipment loss minimized. At present, such reactor has been applied to centralized biogas supply projects and generating electricity with biogas projects successfully.
